Yellow robe, legs. Alert, live bouquet, tender airs of white peach, spring flowers, greengage plum; has a little white raisin depth as well. This is good: the palate bears flowing, spiced white fruit, has a little extra depth, a cluster of low-key chewiness, as it finishes. Light salty notes appear along the palate. Good length, all very complete, great balance. Excellent, seductive Saint-Péray.
