Peter Lauer RÉSERVE 1987 Zero Dosage

Admittedly, we don't have fresh oysters or sashimi on the table every day, but when we do, we open a bottle of this 87 RÉSERVE. Intense bouquet: soy sauce, cut grass, mineral purism ... The perfectly straight body and the annoying crystal clear finish almost scream for the next Fines de Claire with bergamot juice. In the aftertaste, then lemony-spicy nutmeg - fine, lively and reduced to the essence of Riesling.
